    the thickness is listed as 3/8″ but may vary from 5/16″ thick to 3/8″ thick
    . It is commonly used on the top of the header bow at the ends as well as on the ends of the cross bows where the pads would staple to. This material can also be used in the cross bows to fill in any bad spots where the original tacking material is missing
