Description
The Bounty Hunter Tracker IV Metal Detector will detect treasure in extreme ground conditions – from saltwater beaches to highly mineralized inland sites. This rugged model is so efficient and user friendly, sensitivity is maintained without operator adjustments to the circuitry. The entire line of Bounty Hunter metal detectors operate on two 9-Volt batteries and are designed to be lightweight and ergonomic for easy handling and comfortable use. Their standard motion all-metal mode detects all types of metal, while the progressive discrimination control eliminates iron and other unwanted items.
As the metal detecting coil nears a target, the Tracker IV two-tone audio feedback aids in distinguishing between valuables and undesirable metals. This model also comes equipped with a 1/4″ headphone jack compatible with most headphones for privacy while treasure hunting. In addition, Bounty Hunter equips all their metal detectors with a preset ground balance that neutralizes the response to mineral content in the ground.
The Bounty Hunter Pinpointer – A buried object, especially after the passage of times, can be indistinguishable from the soil it is buried in. In addition, historical objects will lose value if damaged in the unearthing process. It is therefore recommended to use the PinPointer in a probing or sifting process. The tip of the PinPointer will detect a coin-sized metal object approximately 3/4″ to 1″ away from the tip of the probe. Probe the tip of the PinPointer directly into the ground; poke around directly on the surface in different areas until the internal buzzer activates. If the earth is loose enough, lift handfuls of soil out of the ground and probe in the palm of your hand with the Pinpointer.

Items with “free shipping” are only shipped free to the 48 contiguous United States.

Returns
For the first 30 days from date of receipt of your purchase you may return the merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges (for items which we offer free shipping, our standard shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit).
Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards. Memory cards and any other Blister Pack items are not returnable once opened. Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The manufacturer’s labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
Printers are not returnable once the Toner Cartridges have been installed or released.
Desktop Computers, Laptops, Tablets & Notebooks are not returnable once they have passwords or other software installed, have been registered with or returned to the manufacturer for any reason.
